I recently worked for a first aid training provider delivering a range of commercial and paediatric courses. Having worked in the Police Service for many years and as a qualified teacher with a range of experiences teaching different age groups, I have now decided to launch my own bespoke training that I believe is very much needed, both in business and in the community. Twickenham Rugby Football Club: Workplace assessor – Crowd Safety. 2013 – 2014. Chandlers Field, Surrey: class teacher, teaching all aspects of the National Curriculum. 2012 – 2013. MPS: Leadership Academy Coach Supervisor, coaching clients from across the organisation and supervising a team of coaches to improve coaching standards and leverage effective performance. 2006-2008. MPS: Subject matter expert and corporate training lead for the Management of Police Information Programme: worked with multi-agencies to ensure effective information sharing and training programme delivery. 2000-2006.
